Wöhler’s deburring machine edgeracer has now found a competent sales partner for the southern German market: Rühle GmbH from Möglingen near Stuttgart, one of the leading dealers of used sheet metal processing machines from global leader Trumpf. Potential buyers and customers were able to convince themselves of the qualities at Rühle’s Open House Event, held from 19 to 21 November.
At the EuroBLECH 2014 in October the edgeracer caused quite a sensation among the visitors. The performance and versatility of the edgeracer is attractive to many customers. The compact machine construction makes the machine of particularly interest to those companies with limited production space. Compared to other dry processing deburring and edge rounding machines the edgeracer also sets completely new standards in energy efficiency. Where machines commonly run with a rating of 40, 50 or even more kW, the edgeracer operates with just 4 kW, effectively cutting energy costs by as much as 90%. An important point for every business in view of the ever increasing energy costs.
Dry processing of steel, stainless and aluminium sheet is the latest further development of the edgeracer. The edgeracer is the first deburring machine worldwide to master this task while fulfilling all the relevant safety regulations, even in mixed operation and with the characteristic high quality the edgeracer is known for.
These arguments convinced not only countless visitors to the EuroBLECH fair, but also the company Rühle. For over 28 years Rühle has been a leading dealer of used sheet metal processing machines from the global leader Trumpf. Press brakes, punching machines or laser cutting lines – the used machines are overhauled with both expertise and a certain passion for complex systems to an immaculate technical and visual standard, always striving to fulfil customer requirements to their complete satisfaction.
The call for a deburring machine which can be perfectly integrated in this process had already become louder at Rühle: “The demands on the parts produced have increased dramatically and a clean and precise deburring is now expected almost everywhere.”
Rühle found the solution in the edgeracer from Wöhler. It was an obvious choice for the two companies to work together.
