EdgeRacer the Deduster
Dust-free surfaces for further processing
When deburring and especially when rounding the edges, large amounts of dust are produced due to the material removal. Although EdgeRacer machines are equipped with an extraction system, dust can still remain on the processed sheets. This dust is carried over into subsequent processes when the sheets are removed. There, it not only pollutes the environment – it also has a negative influence on other processes such as reduced paint adhesion.
Effective dust removal with EdgeRacer the Deduster
EdgeRacer the Deduster can be placed directly behind the deburring machine and linked to it. One cleaning brush roller each from above and below prevent adhering dust from being carried into downstream processes. Thus, EdgeRacer the Deduster prevents the formation of built-up edges, micro-scratches caused by dust particles or poor adhesion of an applied coating.
